Implementation Approach

We provide all the services you will need to establish and maintain an Internet Web Site or an Intranet system for your company. Over 15 years of marketing and computer experience are applied to the design and development so that your Web Site meets the objectives of your sales & marketing programs. Here is our approach and what we can do for you.

MAP Proposal
Before we begin any Web Site implementation, we review your company's current Internet or Intranet position and system requirements. After we understand your needs, we submit our proposal which (1) defines what we will do and (2) provides an estimate of your initial and ongoing Web Site expenditures. This is appended as Exhibit "A" to our Contract Agreement.
Internet Access
This is the "Front End" (Clients) of the Internet. Access allows you to view Internet sites, send/receive E-Mail, transfer files, enter newsletter and "chat" groups, etc. If you do not yet have an Internet Service Provider (ISP) we will assist you in this selection. We can also brief you further on how the Internet operates and the procedure for using the Internet.
Web Site Provider (Hosting)
The "Back End" (Servers) of the Internet is the home base for your Web Site. This is the site that answers the Internet Users request to view your Web Pages or use other available services. There are many ways to provide these services for your Web Site. These range from using Internet Service Providers (ISPs), where you need no computer equipment at all, to a full blown in-house installation. We advise you in this selection depending on your short and long term requirements.
Domain Name
This an Internet address (IP Address) for a specific Web Site computer. You may obtain a Domain Name or, by using sub-directories, share another computer site Domain Name. Domain Names are registered by InterNIC and there is some cost involved. We will recommend a course of action for your company and take care of the implementation of your Internet Address.
Web Site Design
Before proceeding with any portion of the implementation, we define your entire Web Site content and Intranet system operations (if any). This preliminary design is based on a thorough study and discussion of your company's Internet marketing strategies and company information requirements. After your approval of this preliminary design we proceed to the implementation phase.
Web Site Implementation
During this phase, your Web Site pages are coded using the current standard HTML language. This allows the greatest number of Users to properly view your pages. Design of your artwork and the production of other images are completed in this phase. The designs are based on the theme established in our initial proposal discussion and those decided upon in the preliminary design review.
Web Site Maintenance
To maintain your Web Site value, you will want to periodically update it's content and modify or add to your Intranet system applications. These changes and additions can be implemented on your Web Site at virtually any time. They can be completed by you or you may contract with us for this service.
