Terms and Conditions of Service |

| This agreement is between Marketing Automation Products (MAP) and the
Customer (as noted above) to provide Web Hosting ("Hosting") on a network of
shared servers. We accept company or personal checks, MasterCard or Visa for payment. All services are due and payable monthly in advance and within the first week of any given month. Bills for partial periods are prorated. For customers that exceed their monthly Traffic Allowance ("Allowance"), MAP reserves the right to bill the customer an additional $24.95 per month for the next 1000 megabytes allowance of data transfer. MAP will not, however, bill Customer without 15 days prior notice. Customer will then have the option of continued service with the transfer rate surcharge, or Customer can request that their service be canceled. Please refer to our pricing schedule for current rates. MAP reserves the right to change pricing with thirty (30) days notice. MAP will contract for the hardware and system administration necessary to provide World Wide Web access to the Internet community. At Customer's request, MAP will arrange with InterNIC for a unique domain name (i.e., www.yourname.com). Customer understands that domain name registration can take several days. Customer agrees to pay InterNIC renewal fee (currently $35.00/year after first two years). This fee is subject to change by the InterNIC. Unless otherwise noted and agreed upon in writing by MAP, Customer shall use this account to represent only one named organization or company. Customer may not include material or sublease space for any other individual, business, or organization. Customer understands and agrees that every effort will be made to keep the network of servers running continuously. However, the servers will, from time-to-time, be disconnected due to routine maintenance, upgrades and other required events. We will make our best effort to keep all information on the servers backed-up. However, we recommend that the Customer maintains a separate back-up of any information posted to the servers. We are not responsible for lost materials or information. We will also make our best effort to maintain security on the network of servers. However, the nature of the Web and the Internet is not secure by default. Customer assumes responsibility for the appropriate use of hypertext based security within the Customer's scripts and directories. Perl 4 and 5 CGI scripts are the only CGI scripts supported. All CGI scripts require prior approval. The Shared Secure Servers use the Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") between a compatible web browser and our servers. MAP, or any of it's Affiliates shall not be liable for any loss of business, lost profits, lost data, failure of security or any or all indirect or consequential damages whether or not such damages are foreseeable. In addition, Customer assumes full responsibility for all content posted to the servers on Customer's behalf, including any trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property submitted for either creative services and/or straight posting to our servers. MAP reserves the right to remove any material which, in its sole opinion, may result in a violation of intellectual property rights of others or any other applicable Federal, State, Common, International laws or regulations. MAP and Customer may cancel this agreement at any time with written notice. MAP does not host adult orientated sites. In the event that this contract is canceled by MAP, the Customer will have a pro-rated refund of any unused portion of the billing period. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Customer acknowledges that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Customer's continued use of the service constitutes customer acceptance of these and any and all modified terms.
